Worrying too much?

Ask yourself these questions!

I used to be so overwhelmed with worry and those thoughts that kept coming in and making me feel horrible. So many thoughts, so many things that needed to be taken care of, my head was just about to explode. I even went as far as worrying about things that were not even in my control. Till, I became more aware of what actually is happening and asked myself these questions when a worry thought kept coming in.

Trust me, it works amazing and your head becomes so free, your body so stressfree. As you know, our thoughts influence our emotions, and it all affects our body. Worry thoughts lead to stress, stress leads to disease in our body.

So, next time you worry, ask yourself this:

1. Is it real? Is it actually real what you are thinking? Is that happening now?

2. If Yes, ask yourself, what can you do right now to ease the worry and create a positive impact, what action can you do now? If the answer is No, observe the thought and let it go, understand it is not real, and bring your attention to something that is real, perhaps you want to choose gratitude in this moment.

Worrying is not a bad thing, it makes us take action when needed, but worrying over the things that are not real and totally out of our control, this is destroying us.

Liberate yourself from thoughts that you cannot control, if you keep chasing control, you will never be free!

      The craziest thing in the world is that the only person who stops you from having what you want is YOU. We play so safe, so small, so unnoticed in fear of losing it all or never reaching it, not deserving it all....Our dreams seem so far away just because we have so many beliefs around it....That it is hard...That it requires so much work....That you have nothing special in you....Oh my, so many beliefs and so many fears. But a lot of times we just don't know how to get it. And we set those ridiculous goals, which almost never work. Strictly tied to timelines and activities within.
